Catalyst’s full-featured online bill-payment system gives credit union members more flexibility and control over their bill-paying process.

MemberPay integrates into a credit union’s website. Settlement is automated through the credit union’s Catalyst account.

Features include:

Personal payee lists: After a member enters a payee once, it can be stored for future use.
Multiple payment options: Payments can be set as a "recurring" fixed amount or individually.
Payment flexibility: Members can change or delete payments up until the day of processing.
Status updates: Members can track the status of payments so they know when a payment is processed.
Transaction history: The system stores up to one year of payment history online, so members can review past transactions.
Secure messaging: Members and member service representatives can communicate directly about account information within the system.
